Introduction

1. Pharmacokinetics :

• Pharmacokinetics is the characteristic interactions of a drug and the body in terms of its absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion.
• This process has 5 following steps:

1. Liberation
2. Absorption
3. Distribution
4. Metabolism
5. Excretion

• Each drug needs to act on the body in a various way. Some drug need to react quickly and some of them need slow reactivity so we get maximum benefit.
