Getting to Richmond

Air

Fly in and out of Richmond via Richmond International Airport (RIC).  We recommend renting a car or taking a taxi to get to and from the conference hotel.

Other nearby airports are Reagan (DCA, 108 miles away), Dulles (IAD, 121 miles away), and Norfolk (ORF, 97 miles away). We recommend renting a car to drive to and from these airports.

Train

Visit Richmond via train. Amtrak has excellent service to and from Richmond to locations along the East coast. The Richmond Main Street Station at 1500 East Main Street (RVM) is within walking distance of the conference hotel.    You can also catch the Omni Richmond Hotel shuttle to and from the train station.  The hotel phone number is (804) 344-7000.  The Northeast Regional stops at RVM on its route between Boston and Newport News. 

Other trains through Richmond stop at the Richmond Staples Mill Road Station at 7519 Staples Mill Road (RVR).  We recommend a taxi from the RVR station.  

Car
