You will have to the end of each round to find your opponent and do your solves (check schedule page).
To find your opponent please join the discord (all rules about that will be posted in the #rules channel).
To win a round you must get 3 points, each point will be earned by getting a better SINGLE time.
Only the winner will submit the scramble form, if both people submit forms, there will be investigations.
Being "pro" or "amateur" does not depend on your WCA account, but rather your global average.
