That is what 1:1 coaching with me is for.
Who is 1:1 coaching for?
Women who want to lose weight without falling in to old patterns of restricting - overeating / binging - guilt - shame - repeat.
Women who want to change their relationship with food to one that is calm instead of chaotic.
Women who want to understand themselves more and are open to starting with an inside out approach. This part is really key as we work on your emotional experience and skills associated with that in a therapeutic informed way.
It's a relationship between the two of us to identify what it is that will finally make your relationship with food feel easier.
Where could you be in 3 months time?
You'll start each day not with "I'm going to try harder with food today" but with the confidence to know "I can make choices about food calmly and without feeling overwhelmed".
Food stops being something to battle, you'll realise that you can lose weight with peace.
Life becomes a version you don't have to doubt anymore, one that is both calm and powerful at the same time.
What do you need for coaching?
A willingness to be curious about yourself, to understand with compassion.
A readiness to explore conversations that might feel uncomfortable, knowing that when we look at them together in a safe way, they start to lose their hold over you.
You need to be open to reaching out when things feel hard.
I get it, it feels like a risk to try something new!
This is very likely to be different to anything you've tried before and of course it is a risk to trust yourself to make changes.
But that's what my work is - building your trust and confidence in yourself and in food.
The part about how we do this
Fortnightly zoom calls - you get a space to untangle your patterns and understand them for the first time.
Personalised action plan - you don't need diet rules to live by, you need to know what simple, doable things to reflect on or practice that are going to make the biggest difference to you.
WhatsApp support between sessions - check ins to help you put the pieces together, manage urges and act as your cheerleader when you're spiralling or when you're missing things that actually need celebrating.
Tools for emotion regulation and food decisions - access to all my teaching videos on your relationship with food and my programme methods such as The Reflective Path (a tool to help you figure out your behaviours with food) and PAUSE (a toll to help you stop the urge to binge).
The wonderful thing about 1:1 is that we start where you're at and create the steps to get you to where you want to be together.
The investment
1:1 coaching is premium (but not overwhelming) support to create lasting and meaningful change.
The cost is £200 per month and I suggest that 3 months is the minimum amount of time needed to work with me to feel a difference, although people often stay for longer or move to my group programme to continue with the support.
