RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Age Requirement: 18+ preferred (16+ accepted with maturity)

• Microphone Required: Clear communication is essential during operations

• Language: Must be able to communicate in English

• Respect & Attitude: Must be respectful, cooperative, and team-oriented

• No Toxic Behavior: Drama, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated

• Team Mindset: Willing to work with others and follow basic operational structure during Milsim events

• Real Life First Policy: Members are not required to attend every operation or training
