Brief introductions by the Chair of the BMSAC, Dr. Germán Rosas-Acosta, the Co-Chair of the BMSAC and Co-Director of the Graduate Doctoral Program, Dr. Anita Quintana, the Director of the Graduate Doctoral Program, Dr. Renato Aguilera, and by the Dean of Graduate Student Success, Dr. Liz Walsh.
9:30 - 10 AM: White Coat Ceremony
Members of the incoming class of the Graduate Doctoral Program will receive their white coats from the Director of the Graduate Doctoral Program, Dr. Renato Aguilera, and the Dean of Graduate Student Success, Dr. Liz Walsh.
10:00 – 11:00 AM: Graduate Student presentations

Students are encouraged to participate in a Zoom meeting with four (4) former graduate students in our program who have excelled in their own careers: Dr. Margaret Costanzo, Lieutenant Colonel John C. Gorbet, Ph.D., Dr. Angelica "Angie" Lopez, and Dr. Cheryl Samaniego.
1:00 – 2:00 PM: Poster Session #1 - Odd numbered posters
2:00 – 2:15 PM: Poster setup for Session #2
Coffee and networking tables
2:15 - 3:15 PM: Poster Session #2 – Even numbered posters
3:15 - 4:00 PM: Networking Session, poster takedown
4:00 – 5:00 PM: Closing remarks and awards ceremony.
