Admins: We collect credentials required to manage the dashboard (Product, Sales, POS, Expenses).
Normal Users: We collect basic profile information to facilitate the shopping and checkout experience.
We collect information related to sales, products, and expenses processed through the app to provide the "Dashboard" analytics and order history.
To provide the core functionality of the app, we require access to:
Bluetooth: Used to discover and connect to external thermal printers for printing receipts.
Local Network/Hardware: Specifically for integration with Sunmi devices to execute print commands directly from the POS module.
Location: Required by Android/iOS system standards to allow Bluetooth scanning and to display the user's "Location" for delivery or shop proximity.
We use the collected data to:
Process orders and manage inventory.
Generate and print receipts via Sunmi or Bluetooth printers.
Provide business insights via the Admin Dashboard.
Ensure secure login for account holders.
While browsing products and categories does not require a formal account, account login is required to:
Access the Admin Dashboard.
Save order history in the "Cart."
Finalize a checkout and generate a professional receipt.
1SET does not sell your personal data. We only interface with:
Printing Hardware: Data is sent locally to your Sunmi or Bluetooth printer.
Internal Servers: To sync product and sales data between the Admin and User versions of the app.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your sales records and personal information. However, please remember that no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.
