This group of photos from above was taken in the later part of June 2019. To the reader of this site who shared them, thank you. These pictures show the site in relation to its surroundings in Somerton and Bustleton. The last shot in this group shows the housing development being built in Montgomery County at Pine and Red Lion, which is separate from the work taking place at 1 Red Lion/10098 Sandmeyer in Philadelphia.

Thank you to the reader of this website whose submitted photos show the 1 Red Lion property from above in the third week of May 2019. The first two shots show the property in Philadelphia where the development described in the documents on this site would be located, and the earthen mound being built as part of that development. (Compare these to the diagram in the "Water Department Stormwater Plan Review -- Conceptual Approval" document on the main page.) The third and fourth shots show 1 Red Lion Road as well as the part of the former Budd property that's in Montgomery County, where a housing development is being built. The fifth shot shows that housing development in more detail.
