Plot
The film begins with a flashback to the 18th century, where Countess (Denise Masino), a powerful and seductive vampire, is betrayed and burned at the stake by her lover, Dr. Lamarck (Robert Masino). She vows to return and take revenge on him and his descendants. In the present day, Dr. Lamarck is a renowned scientist who is working on a cure for vampirism. He is also the judge of a beauty contest called Miss Blood and Kisses, which is sponsored by his company. Unknown to him, Countess has resurrected and infiltrated the contest as one of the contestants. She plans to use her hypnotic powers to turn the other contestants into her loyal vampire slaves and then kill Dr. Lamarck and his assistant, Raven (Cheyenne Mack), who is secretly in love with him.
As the contest progresses, Countess eliminates her rivals one by one, either by biting them or framing them for murder. She also seduces Dr. Lamarck and tries to make him forget about Raven. Meanwhile, Raven becomes suspicious of Countess and her strange behavior. She discovers that Countess is a vampire and that she has a hidden lair where she keeps her victims. She also learns that Countess is the same woman who killed Dr. Lamarck's ancestor and that she has a personal vendetta against him. She tries to warn Dr. Lamarck, but he does not believe her and thinks that she is jealous of Countess.
On the night of the final round of the contest, Countess reveals her true identity and intentions to Dr. Lamarck. She tells him that she has turned all the other contestants into vampires and that they are ready to attack him and his guests. She also tells him that she loves him and that she wants him to join her as her eternal partner. Dr. Lamarck rejects her offer and tries to escape, but he is surrounded by the vampire women. Raven arrives with a gun loaded with silver bullets and shoots Countess in the heart, killing her. The other vampires are freed from her control and return to normal. Dr. Lamarck and Raven embrace and kiss, while the police arrive to investigate the scene.
