The name says it all! These are plans for 4 subjects: phonics (15 mins), writing (15 mins), math (15 mins), social studies/science (15 mins). Plans are changed on a weekly basis to keep things fresh.
My name is Nikki. I have a Masters in Early Childhood Education and I teach kindergarten. I have a 3 year old daughter that loves to learn, but I also have a newborn baby that craves my attention. I created this page so that learning at home can be fun and easy for all moms and kiddos. You'll find free resources here to make learning engaging and effective in just one hour a day.
THE RULES:
Keep it FUN! If at any point you or your student become frustrated, just move on to something different.
2. Stick to the Clock! Set a timer for 15 minutes and if a lesson is taking too long let your student know that you can come back to it later.
3. Dancing is Required! Mom and dad must do all the dance moves, songs and chants along with their kiddo. It makes it so much more engaging when everyone is participating.
