ACTIVITIES

Our Armor School serves the purpose to teach 2nd Brigade Personnel how to operate a Tank.

It currently consists of one Phase, that teaches you basic operation, formations and Regulations.

When passing the school, you'll get the Tank Operation Lincense and full access to 1AD.

In the Tank Formation Training (TFT), you can further educate yourself and specialize on tank formations.

You will learn how to form several more formations with other tanks and what their purpose is. 

Afterwards, you will get to try it out on the field and end the training as a real Formation Specialist.

Only available for personnel of the 2nd Brigade.

In this Tank Tactical Training (TTT), you will specialize on specific tactics and their purposes in Battle.

You will also first learn how to use the tactics and when to, as well as the purpose.

Then you will again use them practically and practice on field until you master them.

In the end, you will be able to use special tank tactics in battle and overcome the enemy with your pure mind.

Only available for Personnel of the 2nd Brigade.

The Tank Communicating Training (TCT) is one of the most important Trainings.

It teaches important Communicating Skills and how to command a Tank Crew in Battle.

You will learn the usage of commands inside a tank crew or a platoon. Because of its importance, you will have a decisive advantage on the Battlefield.

For the practical part, you will probably even use a Multi Crew Tank to further specialize your Communication inside a Tank and a Platoon.

Having this training behind you, means you are a real specialist!

Tank Combat Training (TCOT) is similar to the Tank PVP Event, just that it additionally consists of a theoretical part.

You will learn how to behave in certain battle situations, fight effectively against other specific enemies, and how to operate the tank in specific

 surroundings/terrains, just like the jungles in Vietnam.

Afterwards, you will also have the practical part, which will consist of a shooting range exercise and a short PVP. 

This Training is the last little specialisation, you need to be one of America's best tankers.

Teaching basic APC Operation in 3rd Brigade, our Infantry School forges the APC Drivers of 1AD.

Also consisting of one Phase, it teaches all basic things you have to know to effectively operate an APC.

When passing the school, you'll get the APC Operation Lincense and full access to 1AD.

This APC Tactics and Formations Training (ATFT) is a Combination of Formation and Tactic Training for APCs.

You will be taught special formations and Tactics, helping you to clear out enemy targets effectively.

Learning those is important, as like in real Vietnam, APCs are an effective weapon against the Vietnamese and when used right, a deadly one too.

It's similar to the ones tanks have, just with little adjustments for the APCs.

Only available for personnel of the 3rd Brigade.

In the APC Combat and Communicating Training (ACCT), you will learn important battle behaviours and how to react on certain situations.

It also specializes on the communication between APC and Infantry, as it's important for both. 

The combination of APCs and Infantry was and is still an effective weapon against Vietnamese ambushes. 

With the ACCT, you will master APC Combat in the Vietnamese Battles. Hosted the same way 

Only available for personnel of the 3rd Brigade.

In this so called Breaching and Close Quarter Combat Training (BCQCT), Infantrymen are taught breaching rooms and fighting in close quarter combat

situations. You will learn infantry related tactics and learn how to breach a room or closed off area quick.

Different than in other Trainings, this one will be mainly practical, as it's easier to learn and understand.

After this training, no room will surprise you and no quarter will be too close for your combat skills.

In this Town Clearing Training (TCLT) you will master the combat in a little city or town.

You will learn how to operate together with APCs in a town to clear it out and you will also learn how to act in these clearings.

Of course, you will also be taught how to organise clearings and how to effectively work together.

It consists of a little theoretical part and afterwards a practice clearing where you will perform exercises to train your fresh learned skills.

After this training, you are the best soldier, a mechanised Brigade could wish for.

Only available for personnel of the 3rd Brigade.

Patrols are, along with CTs and PTs the most common divisionwide Events.

Although, Patrols are even more special then most other Events, as it trains a wide variety of important skills like operating a vehicle, effectively operating together with all Brigades and Battalions and discipline. 

They mostly are hosted in USM Bases and consist of Marching together and often training positions and formations.

It also often consists of protecting the gate or defending incoming raids. One Patrol mostly takes up to 30 minutes, depending on the host.

Because of their wide variety of training factors, Patrols are often and gladly hosted.

Patrols are rewarded with 2-4 Valor.

In Combat Trainings, often referred to as "CT", a PVP Battle is fought between two Parties.

The Trainings are hosted on Games like Project Skirmish or Tournament Grounds.

Although it is a mainly infantry focussed event, it's often hosted for the whole division as the shooting Training helps everyone.

Rewarded with 2-4 Valor.

Physical Trainings are another event, being often hosted divisionwide.

In these intense Trainings, attendees have to do physical Exercises like Jumping Jacks or Burpees.

They aim to improve the keyboard skills as well as the reaction time and of course keeps each person fit.

Attendance is rewarded with 3-4 Valor.

Tank PVP Events are Events, hosted for personnel of the 2nd Brigade, holding a Tank License.

They are often hosted in either one of 1AD's own games, or games like Multi Tank Crew 4.

They consist of the right amount of further educational and fun purposes.

Rewarded with 2-4 Valor.

Here in 1AD, we host Operations and Practice Raids together with or against other Divisions, or even groups!

They are planned carefully and strategies are made. Fireteam Games also count to one of our regular joint events.

There are often intense Battles and funny moments, that lead to an unforgettable experience every time.

We even have own, just for 1AD custom made maps, that we regularly use and play.

They are rewarded with 4 Valor

We regularly host Inspections to check the personnel's general activity and professionality.

They can get hosted in every unit. Divisional, Brigade and Battalion Inspections are a common thing in 1AD.

Always wearing a formal uniform, even practice inspections are a serious event and can be a prestigious sign for other units.

Every weekend, there are Gamenights being hosted.

And they have one purpose: FUN!

Gamenights in 1AD can be hosted on every game and how long you want!

There are always people in VC, to interact with and it is funny at all times.
