2. Shuttle Bus Schedule

Complimentary shuttle service is available for all participants between the hotel and the venue.

A Yonsei University staff member will be waiting in front of the shuttle bus at the hotel every morning to assist participants.

• To Hotel (April 16)

  • Departure: 08:30 PM from Yonsei University (After Conference Dinner)

• To Hotel (April 17)

  • Departure: 05:30 PM from Yonsei University (After Closing)

3. Meals & Social Events

• Luncheon: Allen Hall (알렌관), Yonsei University

  • Lunch will be provided on both days of the conference.

• Conference Dinner (April 16): Yonsei University President's Residence (총장공관)

  • The dinner will begin at 06:30 PM.
