• You are convinced that one of the most important ingredients for victory is to produce more weapons than your enemies.

• The most effective way to produce more weapons is to have factories which normally produce other things to begin producing weapons.

• In addition, regarding necessities (food, etc.), you know it will help you win if Americans consume less so that soldiers can be provided with more.

DECISION: For the following ten items, then, you must decide whether you can stop producing them altogether in order to produce weapons in their place, or whether you think they should just be reduced and rationed. Are there any items listed below that should remain untouched by regulation?
