By downloading, installing, or using Followers & Unfollowers Report (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Followers & Unfollowers Report is a mobile application that provides:
Follower and unfollower tracking
Social media analytics
Engagement insights
Follower growth reports
Account statistics
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You must connect your social media account(s) to use the App
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You agree to provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
The App offers various subscription plans with different features and durations.
Subscriptions are charged through Apple's In-App Purchase system
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation
All prices are shown in your local currency and may include applicable taxes
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
The renewal cost will be the same as the original subscription price unless otherwise notified
You may cancel your subscription at any time through iOS Settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds for partial subscription periods
Access to premium features continues until the end of the paid period
Free trial periods, if offered, are available only once per user
You can cancel during the trial period to avoid charges
If not cancelled, you will be charged at the end of the trial period
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with advance notice. Changes apply to subsequent renewal periods.
You agree NOT to:
Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
Use automated systems to access the App (bots, scrapers)
Interfere with the App's operation or security
Share or resell your account access
Use the App to spam, harass, or harm others
Circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits
Violate social media platform terms of service
The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by us
Our trademarks, logos, and brand features are protected
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
User-generated content remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it for App operations
The App integrates with third-party social media platforms. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data as described in the Privacy Policy to provide and improve services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
Defects will be corrected
The App is free of viruses or harmful components
Results from using the App will be accurate or reliable
We are not responsible if social media platforms change their APIs, policies, or access terms, which may affect App functionality.
While we strive for accuracy, follower data may have delays or discrepancies due to third-party platform limitations.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of third-party rights
Your violation of applicable laws
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent activity
Abuse the App or other users
For any other reason at our discretion
Upon termination:
Your right to use the App ceases immediately
Active subscriptions will not be refunded
We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies
Generally, subscriptions are non-refundable

We do not have access to process refunds directly
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through:
In-app notifications
Email (if provided)
Updated "Last Updated" date
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
The App may not be available in all countries. We make no representation that the App is appropriate or available for use in all locations.
These Terms are governed by the laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Apple has no obligation to provide support
Apple is not liable for any claims related to the App
In case of third-party IP claims, we (not Apple) are responsible
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.

By using Followers & Unfollowers Report, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
