You are a young man born into a family of diamond miners and have been mining all your life. Everyday, you head to the scrappy diamond fields. For years, you and your family have relied on mining as a means of putting food on the table.

One day, the merchant which often carries out business with your village approaches you and offers to take you on as an apprentice. He says that he has been observing you and is impressed by your knowledge of diamonds and your thirst to learn more about them.

Your ears perk up as you imagine a life of greater wealth, luxury and comfort that came with trading. The appeal of the offer was irresistible to a humble miner like you. However, the thought of abandoning the long held diamond mining family tradition lurked at the back of your mind.
