✦ COMMISSION INFO ✦

✦ PAYMENTS.  I accept commission payments either in advance ( before I start the commission ) or after the commission has been completed. Payments are non-refundable. I may not accept payment if you're requesting a commission for a resource I cannot make or I don't offer in the first place.

I accept payments for all commissions primarily through Stripe, with Ko-Fi being a secondary option through reserving a commission slot after filling out the form.
Ko-fi can be used if you cannot or don't want to use Stripe to make payments for any reason. 

If there's an issue with payment or you cannot afford to make a commission for the time being, let me know and we can postpone the commission for a later date. 

Make sure that you can really afford to make a commission before sending a request.

✦ CURRENCY USED?  I use euros ( EUR ) as a default currency for all of my commissions.

PRIORITY & REFUSAL

✦ COMMISSION PRIORITY?  Commissions are done on a first come first serve manner with 5 available slots. If all slots are taken, but I end up having extra commissions received, those will go on a waitlist. I'll try to update whenever commission slots are taken or available.

✦ COMMISSION REFUSAL.  I can decline making a commission for anyone if: I'm uncomfortable with a particular request, I cannot do commissions for any reason (e.g. too busy with real life or health ), I cannot find the resources needed or the request is not available for the time being / beyond my own capabilities.

COMMUNICATION

✦ EMAILS & INVOICES.  All Stripe invoices are sent via email address. My email address is serphresources@gmail.com, so if you see it in your email inbox, that's mine. If you chose to pay via Stripe I'll let you know when I sent you an invoice, so consider checking out your inbox.

✦ COMMISSION FORMS.  I accept commission requests via commission forms only, with 5 of them available ( ICONS ONLY, GRAPHICS ONLY, MIXED, MISC. & SPECIAL ). You can send a request to any that best fits your request and then inform me via IM message or through an ask, so I can check it out.

Once you've sent your form, I'll check it out, see if I can find any resources to work on your commission and let you know before any payment occurs. 

If you chose Stripe as your payment option, I'll send you an invoice before starting on the commission. If you've picked Ko-Fi instead, you can pay through the commissions page.

Sending a commission form is mandatory.

RESOURCES USED FOR COMMISSIONS

✦ RESOURCES USED?  I use ONLY my own PSD colorings and templates for all commissions, so any commission that requests me to use someone else's resources will be automatically declined. The only exception is in the case it is something you yourself made from scratch and want it to be used on your graphics.

Sometimes, I may make psd colorings from scratch to be used in commissions, especially if it's for a personalized graphic + psd coloring.

If you like the commission I made for you and want to continue making your own resources ( headers, banners, etc. ) using the same template, I'll be happy to give the PSD file(s) to you, as long as you don't take them to other commissioners to make graphics for you. The PSD file is for your own personal use only and additionally charged.

This does not apply for commissioned border templates and psd colorings, where the PSD file is delivered anyway.

✦ POST-COMMISSION USE?  Base icons and PSD colorings may become available on a later date for public purchase. Obviously, that's going to happen at least 1 week after the commission is completed.

UPDATES

✦ UPDATES.  While working on a commission, I'll also try to update you when possible or ask questions if needed. Once a commission is done, I'll send you via IM a link to Google Drive, where you can download your commission.

Make sure to save a copy of your commission, as I may delete the ones on Google Drive to save space later on.
