In the event of student non-attendance/school closure (i.e. staff development, inclement weather, or state emergency) you will receive notification that instruction will be conducted remotely. Students are expected to follow their regular schedules and attend remote instruction on the school's Remote Learning Platform. Students attendance will be taken and documented. Remote learning guidance and policies will be provided in the event remote instruction will take place for an extended period of time.

This system allows the users to create and submit a help desk ticket. A call back from an agent will help you resolve your issue.
Staff can sign in with their DOE credentials
Students log into your NYC Schools Account or DOE Student Account to track requests for further technology help.
SupportHub has the first-ever DOE Education Virtual Assistant (EVA), which provides more help, and the same phone number for the Help Desk is still available. (718-935-5100)
