17-ICAL will be held at Meisei University in Hino City, Tokyo, Japan.

Meisei University is a private university located in the western portion of Tokyo Metropolis. The university was established in 1964 with one faculty, and now hosts 10 schools and 7 graduate schools, with more than 8,000 students.

Arriving in Tokyo

Tokyo Metropolis is served by two airports: Tokyo International Airport (Haneda) and Narita International Airport (Narita). Participants may arrive at either of the two airports.

Getting to Meisei from Shinjuku Station

Meisei University is 2 train rides (appox. 35 minutes) from Shinjuku Station. From Shinjuku Station (KO 01), take the Keio Line and get off at Takahatafudo Station (KO 29), and transfer to the Tama Monorail. After transferring, alight at Chuo-Daigaku/Meisei-Daigaku Station, which is directly connected to Meisei University Hino Campus by a pedestrian deck.
