The 16th International Workshop on Mathematical e-Learning (e-math 2024) is a prestigious international symposium that provides a collaborative platform for educators and researchers specializing in the domain of mathematical e-learning. This event is designed to facilitate the exchange of innovative pedagogical strategies, emerging technologies, and research findings pertinent to the delivery of mathematics education in digital environments, encompassing both undergraduate and graduate levels.
In recent years, the rapid evolution of educational technology has transformed the landscape of teaching and learning, prompting critical discourse on best practices and the efficacy of various online instructional methodologies. The meeting aims to foster a rich environment for the dissemination of new insights and the exploration of collaborative research opportunities aimed at enhancing the quality and accessibility of mathematical education through digital platforms. Participants will engage in discussions pertaining to the theoretical underpinnings of e-learning, the design and implementation of effective online curricula, and the assessment of student outcomes in virtual learning settings.
The meeting not only aims to highlight current trends and challenges in mathematical e-learning but also seeks to inspire innovative approaches that can lead to more effective learning experiences and improved educational outcomes for students engaged in mathematics at all levels.
The e-math 2024 is co-organized by the UAb (Universidade Aberta, Portugal), UNED (Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia, Spain), UOC (Universitat Oberta de Catalunya) and Universitat Politècnica de València.
The e-math 2024 will be held at the Universidade Aberta, Rua Almirante Barroso, 38 - r/c, in Lisbon.
