15th Nordic Conference on Behavioral and Experimental Economics

 - an Arne Ryde Symposium

We are pleased to announce that the 15th Nordic Conference on Behavioral and Experimental Economics will be held at the School of Economics and Management in Lund, Sweden, on September 29-30, 2023. The conference is organized by members of the Department of Economics, Lund University with the support of the Arne Ryde Foundation. 


Keynote Speakers

Johannes Haushofer is Professor of Economics at Stockholm University. His research interests lie in development economics and behavioral economics. He holds a BA in Psychology, Physiology and Philosophy from Oxford, a PhD in Neurobiology from Harvard, and a PhD in Economics from Zurich.

Leeat Yariv is the Uwe E. Reinhardt Professor of Economics at Princeton University and Centennial Professor of Economics at the London School of Economics. She is also the director of the Princeton Experimental Laboratory for the Social Sciences (PExL). Her work focuses on market design, social networks, and political economy. 

The 15th Nordic Conference on Behavioral and Experimental Economics aims to bring together researchers working on behavioral and experimental economics to exchange ideas and foster collaboration. We welcome submissions of behavioral and experimental papers across all branches of economics and related disciplines.

There will be a reception on the evening of Thursday 28 September. The conference program starts at 09:30 on Friday 29 September and ends at 14:30 on Saturday. There is no conference fee, but participants are expected to cover their own accommodation and travel expenses. The Thursday reception, two lunches, coffee breaks, and conference dinner (to be held at Hypoteket, KYRKOGATAN 13, Lund) will be generously sponsored by the Arne Ryde Foundation.
