ARIZONA VETERANS MEMORIAL CEMETERY AT MARANA.
They came from all over southern Arizona, families, veteran's groups, & volunteer organizations. Flags placed at 4500+ veterans graves. In some places the ground was so hard that you had to use an electric drill or a hammer to get the flag into the ground to stand up straight. A few knew the veteran who was buried there, giving the placement of the flag a special meaning.
