Evan Goldman’s world is turned upside down when his parents’ divorce forces him to move from New York City to small-town Indiana just before his Bar Mitzvah. Determined to throw the biggest party ever, Evan tries to win over the most popular kids at school—but his plans quickly spiral into a hilarious web of crushes, rumors, and middle-school drama. As friendships are tested and loyalties revealed, Evan discovers that growing up isn’t about being popular—it’s about finding the people who truly have your back.  A funny, heartfelt coming-of-age story filled with energy, music, and unforgettable moments.
