Gala dinner (max 180 participants)
Gala dinner is scheduled in the evening of Thursday 14th July at hotel Galant restaurant. The price is 120 euros for standard Registration and it is open also accompanying persons. It will be a good opportunity to meet both collegues and the famous czech "cuisine"!
Field trip (max 100 participants)
Wednesday 13th July will be devoted to the Field Trip to vineyards of Moravia wine region.
The price for the field trip is 70 euros for standard Registration and it is open also accompanying persons.

We will consider "early registration" those for which the registration (and optional events) fee payment is made within the 15th March 2022. The standard registration will be available until 30 April 2022.
Cancellation information
Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise us of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify us immediately. Provided written notice is received by 31 March 2022, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 30 April 2022, a 50% refund will be given. After 31 May 2022, no refund will be available.
