iContacts works completely offline. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data on our servers.

The only information accessed (with your permission) is:

1. Contacts Information:
   Accessed locally on your device to display, manage, and organize your contacts.

2. Caller ID Feature:
   This app includes a Caller ID feature that helps identify incoming calls.
   We do not auto-enable, store, or transmit any Caller ID data.

3. After-Call Screen:
   After a phone call ends, the app may show a screen including:

   • Caller details (from your device only)

   • Quick call/message buttons
     These actions interact only with data stored locally on your device.

4. Backup & Restore Contacts:
   You can create a backup of your contacts to your device storage (text or vCard) and restore them anytime.
   All backup files are stored locally and are not uploaded or shared externally.

5. Import & Export Contacts:
   You can import contacts from your device storage or export them for backup/transfer purposes.
   All data remains on your device.

6. Device Identifiers:
   For Caller ID, the app may access unique device identifiers locally.
   These identifiers are not shared or transmitted externally..

Permissions Used

• Contacts Permission : To read, display, and manage your contacts locally.

• Call Logs Permission : For Caller ID and After-Call Screen features.

• Storage Permission : To save local backups or user preferences.
  These permissions are used only for app functionality, and data is never sent to servers or third parties.

Data Security

All data remains on your device.
We do not:

• Store any user information on external servers.

• Use analytics or tracking tools.

• Share or sell user data to any third parties.

Your contact information is fully secure within your phone.

EU Users and GDPR Compliance

Since iContacts does not process or transfer personal data outside the device, the app is GDPR compliant.
We do not require an EU Representative, as no personal data is collected or processed on external systems.
