This structure allows for much flexibility and dynamic learning. Depending on the students in the class group, each subject period would be broken into academic levels. For instance, the first 20 minutes of Math would be for students in K5 Math, and the second 20 minutes of Math would be for students in Math 1. While one group is taught and finishes their worktext, the second group is playing with relevant hands-on manipulative toys, and then they switch midway.
In subjects where older students have a curriculum but the younger students do not, the younger students will watch and tag along for exposure or be directed to work on an age-appropriate relevant project.
