In the colorful city of Artlandia, a festival is held every 3rd of June to celebrate the art of its people.
However, come next day, the city's leader, Mayor Makibaka, is met with a startling discovery: paintings from their festival have started disappearing mysteriously, one after another. And one of them was a painting by a little girl named Joya.
To get to the bottom of this, Joya, together with her friends, ventures outside of their beloved city to bring back the stolen artworks and return them to the Artlandians where they belong. But little did they know, the deeper they ventured into the unknown, the closer they were to discover a cold, dark truth.
El Lukua is a 28-year-old bandit with a curious, cunning, and charismatic personality. He wears a hooded Renaissance-style mask similar to Robin Hood or Masked De Masque. He came from a mundane world and discovered Joya's world through a portal, where he discovered his passion for art. Despite being a typical teacher in his community, he looked for ways to entertain children, even if it meant stealing art.
