Jeeves advises Bingo to read his dyspeptic uncle popular books by Rosie M. Banks because he fears for his allowance when  it should be found out that he is in love with waitress Mabel. He gets Bertie to impersonate the author. All ends well when  Bingo's uncle has his ailment cured by marrying Miss Watson, his cook.
