Sir Roderick lets himself be called Swordfish in his butler capacity. Upjohn suddenly leaves for London, apparently upset by a negative critique of his book on prep schools in Thursday's Review. After a brief encounter with Wilbert Cream Bertie has tea with Bobbie and mrs. Adela Cream, who voices a deep suspicion of the butler Swordfish. Bertie decides to inform Aunt Dahlia about this.
