As an introvert, I wanted to minimize social interactions (like daily visits to the senior/rec center) in retirement. A good PT helped me set up a morning routine:
Take C/L and wait 20 min
Basic range of motion, stretching, etc. exercises
“Pacing in place” to smooth out walking
Half-mile walk through neighborhood
Introversion (Myers-Briggs) "I like getting my energy from dealing with the ideas, pictures, memories, and reactions that are inside my head, in my inner world. I often prefer doing things alone or with one or two people I feel comfortable with."
