Persons entering the complex and unit do so at their own risk and the Owner, Body Corporate, trustees or agent cannot be held liable for personal injury to any persons entering the complex or unit.

The Owner, Body Corporate, trustees or agent cannot be held accountable for any loss of or damage to the property of such persons or hold them responsible for any claims resulting from such occurrences.
