The Coves section of Fairvue Plantation is a very highly sought after area in Fairvue Plantation. Why is that, you may ask? Well the homes are relatively new with modern open floor plans. There aren’t big yards to maintain, while there are large common ground areas. There are 2 parks that are walkable for everyone. A children’s playground and a pickle ball court are in one park.
