Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Classic Blocks Adventure (the "App", "we", "our", or "us").


By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.


1. Use of the App


Classic Blocks Adventure is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use.


You agree not to:

- copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or reverse engineer the App or any part of it;

- use cheats, hacks, bots, automation, exploits, or any other unauthorized methods to modify gameplay, scores, rewards, coins, or leaderboards;

- interfere with the operation, security, or online services of the App;

- use offensive, abusive, misleading, or inappropriate names in leaderboard or profile features;

- use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or platform rules.


2. Intellectual Property


All content, features, design, graphics, code, gameplay elements, logos, and other materials related to the App are owned by the developer or used with permission, unless otherwise stated.


You are not granted ownership of any part of the App. You are only granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.


3. Game Progress, Cloud Save, and Leaderboards


The App may include local save data, Unity Cloud Save, Unity Authentication, and Unity Leaderboards.


Game progress, coins, items, settings, statistics, nickname, and leaderboard scores may be stored locally on your device and/or online through third-party services.


We try to keep saved data available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that game progress, cloud saves, leaderboard entries, or statistics will always be available, error-free, or recoverable.


We may reset, remove, or correct leaderboard scores or game data if we believe they were created through cheating, exploits, technical errors, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.


4. Nickname and Profile


The App may allow you to choose a nickname and avatar for use in profile and leaderboard features.


You are responsible for the nickname you choose. We may remove, reset, or restrict nicknames that are offensive, abusive, impersonating, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.


5. Advertising and Rewards


The App may display advertisements, including rewarded ads, through third-party advertising and mediation services such as Unity LevelPlay and its advertising partners.


Rewarded ads may provide in-game rewards only after the ad is successfully completed and confirmed by the advertising service. We are not responsible for ads that fail to load, are interrupted, or are unavailable due to network issues, device issues, service outages, or third-party ad provider errors.


Advertising content is provided by third-party services. We do not control every advertisement shown in the App.


6. No Purchases and Virtual Items


The App may include virtual items such as coins, rewards, bombs, totems, or other gameplay resources.


Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred, sold, or redeemed outside the App.


We may adjust gameplay balance, reward amounts, item behavior, or availability as part of updates or improvements to the App.


7. Privacy


Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.


The Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, used, stored, or shared when you use the App, including information related to ads, cloud save, leaderboards, and gameplay features.


Please review the Privacy Policy before using the App.


8. Third-Party Services


The App may use third-party services, including Unity services, advertising networks, analytics, cloud save, authentication, and leaderboard services.


These third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, data practices, availability rules, and technical requirements. We are not responsible for the actions, content, availability, or policies of third-party services.


9. Availability and Updates


We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.


Some features may require an internet connection. Online features such as ads, cloud save, authentication, and leaderboards may not work if you are offline or if third-party services are unavailable.


We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.


10. Limitation of Liability


The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.


To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for any loss, damage, data loss, lost progress, device issues, service interruptions, lost rewards, leaderboard errors, or other problems resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the App.


11. Termination


We may restrict, suspend, reset, or terminate access to certain features of the App if we believe that a user has violated these Terms, abused the App, cheated, manipulated scores, or used the App in a harmful or unauthorized way.


You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.


12. Children


The App is not directed to children under the age of 13.


If you are under the age required by your country or platform rules to use the App, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.


13. Changes to These Terms


We may update these Terms from time to time. When we update them, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.


Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.
