HP Printer Setup - Drivers Download and Installation Procedure

Note: Users having an account should use their credentials to log in.

Note: Those who do not have an account can make one by going to the top of the screen and selecting “Register.”

To begin, open your chosen web browser.

Then, in the address bar, insert 123.hp.com in the browser’s address bar.

Then let the official webpage fully load.

Locate and tap the “Download Drivers” button at the bottom of the screen after the page has opened.

The “HP Customer Support- Software and Driver Download” page will open when the user selects this option.

To begin the setup procedure, select the “printer” option from the drop-down menu.

After that, insert the product name and click the “submit” button to identify the printer.

Users can also look for a printer by looking through a list of popular printers’ information.

After that, the screen will display detailed information on the “HP drivers and firmware.”

Users are recommended to tap on the “+” icon for more information.

The download option will now appear on the screen when the user clicks on the “+” button.

Then select “Download” from the drop-down menu.

The “.exe” file will begin to download; please wait for the software to finish downloading on the system.

When the file has finished downloading, double-click it to open it.

After that, select “Unzip” from the drop-down menu.

To complete the setup procedure, customers must first download and install the “HP printer drivers.”

Now the user must wait for the download process to finish.

The “Installation mode screen” will appear on the screen after that.

The users are advised to choose their favorite option at this stage.

Users are suggested to click on the “Next” option after picking their preferred option.
