Registration Fees

Registration fees should be sent after filling the registration form.

Early Registration (until June 17);

MOKAD/EACR MEMBERS (Regular): 120 Euros
MOKAD/EACR MEMBERS (Student):    80 Euros
NON-MEMBERS (Regular):                   150 Euros
NON-MEMBERS (Student):                   100 Euros

Late Registration (until June 27);

MOKAD/EACR MEMBERS (Regular): 150 Euros
MOKAD/EACR MEMBERS (Student): 100 Euros
NON-MEMBERS (Regular):                   180 Euros
NON-MEMBERS (Student):                   120 Euros

On Site/Daily Registration;

MOKAD/EACR MEMBERS (Regular):  50 Euros
MOKAD/EACR MEMBERS (Student):  20 Euros
NON-MEMBERS (Regular):                   70 Euros
NON-MEMBERS (Student):                   30 Euros

Registration fee includes:
1. Attendance to the sessions
2. Attendance to the sponsoring area
3. Coffee breaks
4. Opening cocktail

The gala dinner is not included in the registration fee. The gala dinner is an additional 30 euros.

The registration fees will be sent into this bank account in Turkish Lira according to the exchange rate on that day. 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS:
Registration Fees will be deposited to the bank account below as TL equivalent calculated from the daily Euro exchange rate of the Central Bank. Congress registration cancellations and early payment;
•100% for requests until June 17, 2026
•50% for requests until June 27, 2026
•Claims after June 27, 2026 will not be refunded.
