Usually for apartments / rooms / houses without any renovations = $10 / sq ft
Room with renovations = 10% of total project

☆There will be a contract involved in order to protect you as the client and myself as the business. To ensure I do everything you wanted me to do and paid for, as well as to ensure I get paid for the services that were preformed. ☆
☆ You pay for all your decor / renovations yourself out of pocket. I do not use my own money when shopping for your decor. Paying for my services is a separate payment that goes directly to me. ☆
☆ I am not a licensed contractor, you will either use your own contractor or I can provide one. I give my opinion / advice on what I think should be done and what will look nice but the contractor will tell you if it is possible / safe to do, structure wise. I don't do any renovations myself, my team will assist with that. ☆
