Want to sign your child up for band and missed Registration Night? Contact Mr. Makropoulos immediately at smakropoulos@palos118.org .
During Registration Night, your child will have the opportunity to try out one of the Beginning Band instruments. This is an important step as it helps us determine which instrument is the best fit for your child. Students will have time to try out their top 2 instrument choices.
Please use the link below to secure your timeslot. Only choose one slot per child.
All instruments will be thoroughly sanitized before and after each try out. After your child's instrument try out, you can register your child for Band, meet with the music company regarding instrument purchasing and meet with Mr. Makropoulos if you have any questions about the band program.
Available Beginning Band Instruments:
Flute, Clarinet, Alto Saxophone, Trumpet, Trombone, Baritone, Percussion
*Percussion instruments require at least two years of private instruction on piano or percussion.*
