Expected behavior includes:
Treat everyone with respect.
Be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow participants.
Provide your true professional identity, affiliation, and, where appropriate, and contact information (at registration), as required.
Respect the materials and ideas of the presenter by contacting them prior to copying or using the material they presented.
Respect the rules and policies of the online platforms.
Be Accountable: When we as organizers or participants fail to meet these guidelines, work together to identify problems and adjust policy and practice together.
Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or discrimination in any form. Harassment includes speech or behavior that is not welcome or is personally offensive. Unwanted sexual attention
Sustained disruption of talks or other events
Bullying behavior
Retaliation for reporting unacceptable behavior
Anyone not meeting expected, collaborative, respectful behavior can be immediately removed from the workshop and may be banned from future events.
Reporting Unacceptable Behavior:
If you are not in immediate danger but feel that you are the subject of unacceptable behavior, have witnessed any such behavior, or have other concerns, please notify a member of the organizing committee (as soon as possible). All reports will be treated seriously and responded to promptly.
To report incidents of any sort during or following this workshop, please contact Filip Ronning at fronning (-at-) lanl.gov, or any other organizer.
Once notified we will discuss the details first with the individual filing the complaint, then any witnesses who have been identified, and then the alleged offender before determining an appropriate course of action. Confidentiality will be maintained to the extent that it does not compromise the rights of others, and is consistent with legal requirements.
