Auto-login- some websites require frequent logins while most apps save our login data therefore allowing us to access information on our accounts faster.

ex: Whatsapp, Line, WeChat

OFFline- as apps are installed locally on a device, they do not need an internet connection unless they are receiving or delivering data from the internet. 

ex: Games, photo editors, note-taking apps

Better Features- websites contain more information and have a lot more features than apps. Some features(mature content) are also not available on apps due to Play Store / App Store policies.

ex: Reddit, Dcard

Wider Search- If you're looking for information, using a browser to search will generate more results than if you are searching in a specific app such as Facebook or Youtube.
