• PUBLIC LEADERBOARD NOTICE: Please be aware that your chosen Name or username, along with your coin balance, will be publicly visible to all other users on the in-app leaderboard. We recommend using a nickname or username for privacy instead of your full legal name.

• User Feedback and Support: We collect the information you voluntarily submit through our "Suggestion and Report" feature. This includes any suggestions, issue reports, questions, or other messages you send to us. We use this to respond to your inquiries, improve the Application, and provide user support.

B. Information Collected Automatically:

• App Activity and Progress: We automatically track your interactions within the Application, such as your quiz scores, coin balance, and which study materials you view. This is fundamental to the app's functionality, allowing you to track your learning progress.

• Technical and Device Information: We automatically collect certain technical data from your device, including your IP address, device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.

• App Performance Data: Through integrated services, we collect crash logs and diagnostics data. This helps us identify bugs, monitor app stability, and make performance improvements.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

• To Display Public Leaderboards: To foster an engaging and progress-driven learning environment, we display your Name/username and coin total on a public leaderboard visible to other Application users.

• To Provide and Maintain the Service: To operate the quiz, track your coins, manage your account, and deliver educational content.

• To Improve the Application: To analyze usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, and develop new features.

• To Communicate With You: To respond to your support requests, provide account-related notifications, and inform you of important updates.

• For Security and Compliance: To prevent fraud, protect the security of our users and services, and comply with legal obligations.

3. DATA SECURITY

We are committed to protecting your data. We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption for data in transit (using HTTPS) and secure storage practices for sensitive information like passwords. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

4. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. We may retain some data for a limited period after account deletion (e.g., system logs for up to 30 days) to comply with security, diagnostic, or legal obligations.

1. Open the 10th Class Math key book 2027 app.

2. Navigate to the Quiz Section, then go to your Profile.

3. Select the "Delete Account" option.

4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your deletion request.

7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
