Last updated: January 1, 2026 10K Scorekeeper ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
Email address - Used for account creation and authentication
Display name - Your chosen name shown to other players in games
Password - Securely hashed, never stored in plain text
Game scores - Points recorded during gameplay
Game history - Records of games you've played
Player statistics - Aggregated stats like wins, average scores
If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address and name from the respective service. We do not receive or store your Google or Apple password. Apple Sign In: If you choose to hide your email when signing in with Apple, we receive a private relay email address that forwards to your real email.
To improve app stability, we automatically collect:
Error messages - When the app encounters an error (no personal data included)
App version - Which version of the app you're using
Platform - Android, iOS, or web
Screen context - Which screen the error occurred on
This data is sanitized to remove any personal information (emails, IDs, etc.) before being stored. Error logs are only accessible to developers and are used solely to identify and fix bugs.

To diagnose and fix app errors (using anonymized error data)
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a secure cloud database platform. We implement industry-standard security measures including:
Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
Secure password hashing
Row-level security policies
Regular security updates
10K Scorekeeper does not track you across other apps or websites. We do not:
Use advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID)
Share data with advertising networks
Track your activity outside of our app
Build profiles for targeted advertising
The only analytics we collect are anonymized error logs to fix bugs (see "Error and Diagnostic Data" above).
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except:
Other players - Your display name and game scores are visible to other players in games you join
Service providers - We use Supabase for data storage, and Google/Apple for authentication
Legal requirements - If required by law or to protect our rights
You have the right to:
Access - View all data associated with your account
Update - Change your display name and other profile information
Delete - Delete your account and associated data through the app settings
We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:
Your profile information is permanently deleted
Your game history is anonymized (scores remain for other players' records, but are no longer linked to you)
Error logs are retained for up to 30 days for debugging purposes, then automatically deleted.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
