Can I defer or transfer my entry?

Can I change my category, age, club or other entry details?
Yes. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org at least 7days before the event. We will do our best to help.
Can I make changes to my entry at the event?
You may be able to make changes to your entry at the Event by visiting Race Control. However, we would prefer any changes to be made at least 7 days prior to race day. Changes made at the Event will be subject to a £10 admin fee.
When do entries close?
Entries normally close either:
- When the race is full, or
- at 23:59 on the Thursday before the event.
Please check the entry page of the event website to confirm this.
Is this event suitable for wheelchair racers?
In most cases the terrain is not suitable for wheelchair racers. Please email info@sublimeracing for a detailed description of the course. We are unable to take WCRs in races where we have open road sections for insurance reasons.
Can I enter a race at the event?
No, We do not take entries at the event.
Can I run with a buggy?
No, our insurance prohibits us from having buggies in our races.
Can I run with a dog?
No, our insurance prohibits us from having dogs running in our races.
What is the age limit for the race?
You can view our Minimum Age Policy here.
Will I receive any information before the race?
We will send you detailed information by email during the week prior to the race. We will also email you with important updates and information at various times before the event if required. If you are not receiving our emails, please check your junk folder or contact us as you may have entered an incorrect email address when you entered.
When will I receive my Race Pack?
Race Packs will be ready for collection at the event from the Registration in Race HQ. Registration is usually open from 8:00am to 9:30am on Race day morning. Please bring with you your pre-race email showing your race pack number.
Can my friend collect my Race Pack?
Yes, providing they have a copy of your pre-race email with them, displaying your race pack number.

Who do I call if I have a problem on site?

How much is the parking?
This varies from event to event. Where parking fees are applicable, details will be included in your pre-race email.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are allowed at Ferry Meadows.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and MUST be cleared up after.
Dogs are NOT allowed on the run course.
Dogs are strictly prohibited at Long Sutton (Peele Community College)
Are generators allowed?
Generators are not allowed by visitors. (Please note: there will be generators running to power the on-site facilities for the duration of the event so please avoid these areas).
What do I do with my rubbish?
There will be bins for rubbish in the Start area and shortly after water stations. Please ensure that your rubbish is put in these before you leave, or taken home with you.
We operate a zero tolerance policy on litter. If you are seen dropping litter including gel wrappers or bottles outside of a bin or by a marshal you will be disqualified.
What time does the race start?
Our 10k races start at 10:00am, unless otherwise stated on our event page.
What time does the race finish?
We do not usually have a cut off time unless the race has traffic management time restrictions. If this is the case, it will be detailed in your pre-race email which will be with you in the week prior to the event.
Do you provide food and drink for runners?
There will be drinking water in 500ml bottles available at the finish line and at the water stations. Water station locations can be viewed by clicking on “The Course” button on the event page.
What time is the Prize Giving?
The Prize Giving will be at 11:45 on Race day, unless otherwise stated on the event page.
Can I volunteer at the event?
