You may be able to make changes to your entry at the Event by visiting Race Control. However, we would prefer any changes to be made at least 7 days prior to race day. Changes made at the Event will be subject to a £10 admin fee.
Entries normally close either:
When the race is full, or
at 23:59 on the Thursday before the event.

In most cases the terrain is not suitable for wheelchair racers. Please email info@sublimeracing for a detailed description of the course. We are unable to take WCRs in races where we have open road sections for insurance reasons.

We will send you detailed information by email during the week prior to the race. We will also email you with important updates and information at various times before the event if required. If you are not receiving our emails, please check your junk folder or contact us as you may have entered an incorrect email address when you entered.
Race Packs will be ready for collection at the event from the Registration in Race HQ. Registration is usually open from 8:00am to 9:30am on Race day morning. Please bring with you your pre-race email showing your race pack number.

Allowed:
Dogs are allowed at Ferry Meadows but not at some of our venues. Please check the website of the venue.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and MUST be cleared up after.
Dogs are NOT allowed on the run course.
Not Allowed:
Dogs are strictly prohibited at Long Sutton (Peele Community College)
Generators are not allowed by visitors. (Please note: there will be generators running to power the on-site facilities for the duration of the event so please avoid these areas).
There will be bins for rubbish in the Start area and shortly after water stations. Please ensure that your rubbish is put in these before you leave, or taken home with you.
We operate a zero tolerance policy on litter. If you are seen dropping litter including gel wrappers or bottles outside of a bin or by a marshal you will be disqualified.
Our 10k races start at 10:00am, unless otherwise stated on our event page. Under Covid rules, the race may start at 9am.
We do not usually have a cut off time unless the race has traffic management time restrictions. If this is the case, it will be detailed in your pre-race email which will be with you in the week prior to the event.
There will be drinking water in 500ml bottles available at the finish line and at the water stations. Water station locations can be viewed by clicking on “The Course” button on the event page.
The Prize Giving will be at 11:45 on Race day, unless otherwise stated on the event page. Under Covid Rules, the Prize Giving will be virtual.
