📜 TERMS OF SERVICE (ToS)

Please read these rules carefully before placing an order!

• Disclaimer: I have the right to refuse to take commission from you, if it goes against my principles.

• Slots: I only take 3-5 slots at a time to maintain my health and the quality of your art.
  1 Slot = 1 Project/Person.

• Payment: QRIS/DANA / GoPay only.

• Process: 50% Down Payment or Full Payment upfront to start the commission.

• Revisions: Maximum of 2 revisions during the sketching phase. I will not accept major changes once coloring starts.[!NOTE] Artist Errors: Any mistakes I make (missing details from your references, wrong colors, etc.) will be fixed for free and do not count toward your 2-revision limit.

• Refund: 

Before Sketching: If you cancel before I start any work, a 100% refund will be issued.
Sketch Phase: If you cancel after the sketching phase, only 50% will be refunded (or the Down Payment will be kept as a kill-fee).
After Base Coloring: NO REFUNDS. Once the sketch is approved and coloring begins, I do not accept any refund requests for any reason.
Artist-Side Cancellation: If I cannot finish your commission due to personal emergencies or health issues, I will provide a 100% full refund regardless of the progress.

• Deadline: Turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. Please don't rush me; I want to give you the best result!

• Non-Coercion Clause: I reserve the right to pause or cancel a commission if I am physically or mentally unable to complete it due to:

• Health Emergencies: Serious illness or injury.

• Natural Disasters/Unforeseen Events: Power outages, disasters, war, or other major emergencies.

Compensation Policy: If such events occur and I cannot fulfill your order, I will provide you with one of the following:

1. Option A (Full Refund): A 100% full refund of any payments made, regardless of the current progress.

2. Option B (Partial Refund + Work): A 50% refund + the raw files of the work completed so far.

3. Option C (Priority Queue): A full refund + a priority slot once I am back to health/active.

• Personal Use: You may use the artwork for profile pictures, wallpapers, or social media posts. Credit is mandatory (e.g., Art by @10ji.okuwari).

• Commercial Use: If you intend to use the art for profit (merchandise, album covers, ads, etc.), please inform me beforehand. Commercial rates will apply.

• Confidentiality (WIPs): I will not share any process shots, sketches, or commission details publicly without your permission. Your project remains private between us until completion.

• NDA / Debut Ready: I respect the "Secret Project" or "Debut" process. Just let me know your debut date, and I will keep everything under wraps until you are ready to reveal it!

• Copyright: As the artist, I retain the right to use the artwork for my portfolio or social media (with a watermark).

• Privacy Request: If you want the final artwork to remain completely private (not featured in my portfolio or socials at all), please let me know during the ordering process!

FILE RESOLUTION & STANDARDS

[!IMPORTANT] QUALITY GUARANTEE:

• Standard Illustrations: Min. 2000px - 4000px | 300 - 600 DPI (PNG & JPG).

• VTuber Models: Min. 4000px - 8000px | 300 DPI (Ready-to-rig .PSD format).

🚫 NO AI POLICY

• No AI Training: My art is 100% human-made. I strictly prohibit the use of my artwork for AI training, datasets, or any AI-related generators.

• If Caught (Consequences): If I find my artwork has been used for AI training or fed into an AI generator without my permission:

  1. Blacklist: You will be permanently blacklisted from my commission services.

  2. Public Exposure: I will publicly call out/expose the violation on all my social media platforms.

  3. Legal/DMCA: I will file a DMCA takedown or report the copyright infringement to the relevant authorities.

• ⚠️ A Final Note: "I value our trust above all. However, integrity is non-negotiable. If you choose to ignore my boundaries, I will not hesitate to protect my rights and identity publicly. Choose wisely."
