Read carefully before commissioning

• Please read these Terms of Service before submitting a commission request.

• By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

• I reserve the right to decline any commission request without providing a reason.

• I may also decline commissions that are outside my artistic ability, schedule, or personal preferences.

• You are responsible for ensuring that all reference materials are legally obtained and that you have permission to use them.

• All commissions are delivered as high-resolution digital files only. No physical products will be shipped.

• All listed prices are base prices and may increase depending on complexity, character design, or commercial usage.

• Waiting time before production may be up to 6 months, depending on the current commission queue.

• For large or high-value projects, the workflow may differ. Additional information will be provided after the commission is confirmed.

• Commercial commissions are quoted separately. Please contact me before ordering.

Ownership

• Purchasing an adoptable transfers ownership of the character design to you.

• You may freely develop the character's name, personality, story, species, or other personal details.

Editing

• You may redesign, recolor, or modify the design for personal use.

• Simple edits are free.

• Major redesigns may require an edit commission if requested from the artist.

Transfers

• You may trade, gift, or transfer ownership of the design.

• If possible, informing me of the new owner is appreciated but not required.

Reselling

• Designs purchased with money may be resold.

• Gifted or traded designs may not be resold unless additional permission has been given.

• Please do not resell a design for more than its original value unless additional artwork or content has been added.

• I retain the copyright and intellectual property rights to all artwork.

• Clients receive the agreed usage rights after full payment.

• Please provide credit (@106_kl) whenever reasonably possible when reposting the artwork.

• Unless otherwise agreed, I may display completed commissions in my portfolio or on social media.

• If an NDA or privacy option is requested before work begins, I will keep the artwork private until the agreed release date.

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Claiming authorship of the artwork.

• AI training, machine learning, image-to-image generation, or similar technologies.

• NFTs, cryptocurrency, blockchain-related projects.

• Illegal, defamatory, political, hateful, or misleading uses.

• Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included during the sketch stage.

• Please provide revision requests as clearly as possible to avoid unnecessary delays.

• Minor adjustments after sketch approval may still be accepted.

• Major changes after lineart approval or during the final stage may be declined or charged additionally.

• Additional revisions beyond those included may incur extra fees and extend the delivery time.

-Orders may be cancelled before work begins and are eligible for a refund. Please note that non-refundable PayPal transaction fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

-Once work has started, payments become non-refundable.

-If I am unable to complete the commission, I will issue a full or partial refund based on the amount of work completed.

-If a commission is fully refunded, all usage rights to the unfinished artwork return to the artist.

-Please contact me before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the cancellation of usage rights and refusal of future commissions.
