Welcome to Reports & Unfollow Tracker ("App", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using our iOS application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Description of the App
Reports & Unfollow Tracker is an iOS application that provides analytics and tracking tools to help users monitor their social media activity, including follower/unfollower tracking and account reports. The App offers both free and premium subscription-based features.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following: subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annual, depending on the plan selected) through your Apple ID account; payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase; subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period; your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period; you can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law; we reserve the right to change subscription prices, and price changes will be communicated in advance and require your explicit consent to continue.
Any free trial offers are available to new subscribers only. After the free trial period, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
4. User Accounts
The App may allow you to sign in using a third-party account (e.g., Apple Sign In). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at vijogomer915@gmail.com.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law; reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems; use the App to collect personally identifiable information of other users; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App; or use automated scripts or bots to access the App in a manner not intended.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Reports & Unfollow Tracker and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with or link to third-party platforms and services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REPORTS & UNFOLLOW TRACKER AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP OR SUBSCRIPTION IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reports & Unfollow Tracker and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the Effective Date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, by notifying you within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
