One of the most powerful elements in becoming an awesome social studies teacher is exactly what we did today - talking with one another to share ideas, resources, and materials. When we get the chance to connect with each other, we all get smarter.

Eric Liu, author of the book You’re Stronger Than You Think You Are, said it best:

We’re all better off when we’re all better off.

So we always need to be working to find ways to talk with other social studies teachers. Here are a few suggestions:
