Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all our cards. We will try our best to ship all cards in a timely manner (1-2 weeks from us to you).  Higher than usual order volume may cause some slight delays. 

Refund/return policy

If your card arrives in suboptimal condition please contact us with pictures to receive a free new card (of equal value). Please DO NOT send the damaged card back to us, pictures will be all that we require. 

If your card does not arrive within one month please contact us for a free new card (of equal value). 

We always try to process requests in a timely manner, however, at some points we may experience high volumes of these or other customer service inquiries and it may take longer than expected to process your request.
