Policies
1. Check-in and Check-out Policy:
● Check-in time is strictly from 1:00 PM onwards.
● Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may incur additional charges unless prior approval is obtained.
● Guests are required to present valid identification upon check-in.
2. Restaurant Policy:
Guests are required to place meal orders within the specified timeframes:
Breakfast orders (if not complimentary) must be placed by 9:00 PM the previous night.
Lunch orders must be placed before 11:00 AM.
Dinner orders must be placed before 6:00 PM.
The consumption of outside food within the resort premises is not permitted unless authorized by the management.
BBQ orders (e.g., chicken) must be placed by 3:00 PM.
3. Pet Policy:
● Guests wishing to bring pets must obtain prior approval from the resort management.
● Guests are responsible for ensuring that their pets do not cause harm or inconvenience to other guests or resort property.
4. Others:
1. Payment Obligations
Full payment for the duration of the stay is to be made at the time of check-in.
Guests are liable for any damage to the property, facilities, or furnishings caused during their stay. Charges for damages will be applied at check-out following a room inspection.
2. Smoking and Alcohol Restrictions
Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited in all common areas, including the lobby, dining area, and corridors.
Alcohol consumption is allowed only in designated outdoor areas with prior notification to the front office.
Guests visibly intoxicated are prohibited from entering the swimming pool or engaging in activities that may endanger themselves or others.
3. Quiet Hours and Conduct
Guests must maintain a respectful noise level at all times. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Any behavior disturbing the peace, such as loud music or gatherings, may result in eviction without a refund.
4. Use of Facilities
Swimming Pool:
Pool use must be pre-booked through the front office to prevent overcrowding.
Guests must shower before entering the pool.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and entry while intoxicated are strictly prohibited in and around the pool area.
Campfire/BBQ:
Campfire/BBQ requests must be made by 6:00 PM.
BBQ orders (e.g., chicken) must be placed by 3:00 PM.
The resort reserves the right to cancel campfires due to adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Inspection of Rooms and Liability for Damages
Rooms are inspected before check-out for damages or loss of resort property.
Any damages, breakages, or losses will be charged as per the resort's damage charge sheet.
Guests must report any property damage or malfunction to the front office immediately.
6. Housekeeping and Additional Charges
Damage or soiling in common areas (e.g., vomit or spilled drinks) will incur housekeeping charges per the damage charge sheet.
7. Responsibility for Lost Property
The management is not liable for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Guests are advised to safeguard their property.
8. Special Requests and Notification
Special requests (e.g., late check-in, dietary needs, specific room preferences) must be communicated to the front office in advance. Fulfillment of such requests is not guaranteed.
9. Waiver of Liability
The resort is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses due to misuse of facilities, failure to adhere to rules, or causes beyond the resort's reasonable control.
