Drop in Date - Sunday

This is a drop in if you fancy having a look at the space and joining in planning of the exhibition space by looking at the submitted proposal photographs and putting up a backdrop curtain. 

At the drop in we looked at all the submissions and categorised them into Wall Space/ Non Wall Space/ Possible Wall Space. This was due to the fact that there is very little wall space in the gallery area. Using a tape measure we then started to allocate the wall space and some of the floor space.  It was hoped to do the remainder on 7th May with Circus and then by having the work in for Friday 22 June we can do a visual check to see if the plan works or has to be amended. The table below provides basic details of work sizes, siting requirements and how artists are providing their own solutions for dealing with lack of wall space .

Artist talks 

Sunday 24th May 3:30 to 4:45 - 1+1 pairing will have 5 minutes  to introduce their work to the rest of the exhibiting artists.
