Guidelines

General

As the artist and producer, I reserve the right to all commissions in terms of ownership and credit.‏

• I reserve the right to cancel any commission for reasons of conflict in my schedule.‏

• I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

• I reserve the right to forbid my pieces of art from being reproduced without permission.

• I reserve the right to edit/flex initial prices due to the amount of involvement your commission may require.

• I do not have the right change price once one is agreed upon and/or paid for already.‏

• Any ill-behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.

Ordering

Fill the form found on the commission form page. Send a message or an email with your request; please wait at least 24 hours before sending another.

• BE HIGHLY SPECIFIC TO AVOID CONSTANT EDITS

• Please write in a clear, concise and polite manner following the conventions within the form.

• You MUST be 18+ to order sexually themed art from me.

• Commissions are not customs! References are essential: adequately drawn references including clear color choices/swatches; photographs/specific clothing/details etc.

• If specific details are not visually apparent e.g. eye color, freckles etc. please write these down.

• Written-only descriptions may cost more to ensure the character is captured correctly. No walls of text; I would rather the descriptions be in bullet form for each characteristic.

Payment

USD is my primary currency

After completing the form, I will get in touch with you to confirm the commission and send my PayPal link (mutuals and regulars), or request your email for invoicing.

Commissions under $50 - Chibis, icons & busts:

Once payment is sent, I will begin the drawing and may send WIP images (after the flat color stage) if there I need any extra clarification with any part of the drawing;

Commissions over $50:

I will send two-three WIPs: the base sketch, the flat colored, and/or if a background is completed; you can pay half down before drawing has begun, and pay the rest during the second stage. I will not continue to the rendering stage until it has been paid fully.

• Edits during each stage is fine. Major edits will cost an extra fee. I wont draw anything not depicted on the references unless it's a custom;

• During the painting stage, I may send WIP images if there I need any extra clarification with any part of the drawing;

• You will receive your image as soon as I have completed;

Production

My commissions have a maximum time-frame of completion of 5 months depending on factors outside of my control.

• I can usually get commissions completed in a month or two depending on how many I have.

• I'll most likely post up drawings done on the side for patrons and followers.

• If I feel I am moving too slowly with a commission I may add an art gift below the price of your commission e.g. icon gift for a chibi commission.

• If it is over the time frame I would approve a refund, do not do a chargeback unless you cannot get in contact with me in 72 hours.

• If there is a specific timeframe you want to get the commission completed, it is under my discretion to accept a deadline.

Deadline add-on rates are as follows:

• Commission to be completed in 7 days $20 USD

• Commission Rush Expedited 2 - 3 days $30 USD

If no deadline is given then I will work at the pace my schedule/work allows me to, to ensure the quality of your commission.

If I complete the commission faster than the deadline add-on there will be no refund of the add-on.

Your image will be...

• Un-watermarked: watermarks will only be applied to when I upload these online either to my DeviantArt, newgrounds, Instagram., discord or twitter

• Uploaded online: You have a privacy choice whether or not your commission is allowed to be posted online; ensure this is noted before completion. I may choose not to post some commissions publicly.

• PNG : All commissions are digital and will not be physically shipped to the commissioner. If you'd like another file format, make sure it is noted in the form.

Copyright/Usage

As the artist and producer, I reserve the right to all commissions in terms of ownership and credit for creation.‏ Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

• Self-promote within any place or site.

• Publish books with the commissioned art if appropriate.

• Display and post it anywhere to my liking.

The commissioner is allowed to:

• Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

• Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

• Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

• Reupload the art on their social media, DeviantArt page and toyhouse with proper credit, or on other sites with informed permission by myself.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (generating money of the piece in any means)

• Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.

• Removing any watermarks/signatures.

• Altering the artwork without my [the artist's] consent.

Purchasing Commercial rights to the artwork is 200% of the original price.

• With commercial rights, you are allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork.

• Use it in books, covers, as props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.

• Image files will hold a watermarked and unwatermarked

• Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

Refunds

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after full payment is received.

• I will only give full refunds if no work has been completed. If work has been completed but not fully, I will only issue a partial refund if there is a reason to.

If you file a chargeback without contacting me, you will be forbidden to commission me ever again:

• I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.
